Brian Tayan is a researcher with the Corporate Governance Research Initiative at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a member of the Rock Center for Corporate Governance. He is a leading authority on boardroom dynamics, executive compensation, and shareholder relations. Tayan has co-authored several influential books, including “The Art and Practice of Corporate Governance” and “Corporate Governance Matters.” He holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA from Princeton University.
