Bruce Patton is a preeminent authority on negotiation and conflict resolution, best known as a co-author of the seminal bestseller ‘Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In.’ As a co-founder and Distinguished Fellow of the Harvard Negotiation Project, he spent fifteen years as the Thaddeus R. Beal Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School. Patton also co-authored the New York Times bestseller ‘Difficult Conversations’ and is a founding partner of the global consulting firm Vantage Partners.
