Cesare R. Mainardi is a business strategy authority and the former CEO of global management consultancy Booz & Company (now Strategy&). As the principal architect of the “Capabilities-Driven Strategy,” he has shaped modern corporate leadership by helping organizations align their identity with execution. He is a longstanding Adjunct Professor of Strategy at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and co-author of several Harvard Business Review Press books, including “Strategy That Works.”
