Diana Mayer is a former Citigroup executive and leadership researcher best known for co-authoring the influential Harvard Business Review article “Discovering Your Authentic Leadership.” As a collaborator at Harvard Business School, she helped lead the largest-ever study on leadership development, interviewing over 100 business leaders to define the foundations of authenticity.
