He is a leading authority in his field, serving as a director of the Japanese Society of Adlerian Psychology and a certified counselor. Kishimi has translated many of Alfred Adler’s core works into Japanese, bridging classical Greek philosophy with modern psychological practice. He is best known globally as the co-author of the multimillion-copy bestseller The Courage to Be Disliked.
