Laura Fletcher is a learning and development expert with over 15 years of experience in instructional design and consulting. She is a recognized authority on integrating design thinking into training, having co-authored the foundational book Design Thinking for Training and Development. Formerly a manager at Bottom-Line Performance, where she led a design-thinking “incubation lab,” Fletcher currently applies human-centered principles to leadership development for global technology firms, including Salesforce. She holds a master’s in Human Resource Development.
