Leila Doumi is a PhD candidate in the Strategy Unit at Harvard Business School and an affiliate of the Digital Data and Design (D^3) Institute. She is a recognized authority on technology adoption and workforce strategy, notably co-authoring the 2023 HBR Prize-winning article “Reskilling in the Age of AI.” Her research focuses on how corporations optimize digital strategies, informed by her prior experience in organizational development and digitization at the Daimler Group.
