Dr. Mary Meaney is a former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and a prominent authority on organizational health and transformation. Having co-led McKinsey’s global Organization practice and served on its Shareholders’ Council, she co-authored “Leading Organizations: Ten Timeless Truths.” Meaney has advised numerous global CEOs on leadership and cultural change. She holds a PhD from the University of Oxford and currently serves on several major corporate boards and the Imperial College Council.
