Miriam Erez is an Israeli psychologist and Professor Emeritus at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where she holds the Mendes France Chair of Management and Economics. She is a globally recognized authority on cross-cultural organizational behavior, work motivation, and innovation. Erez received the prestigious Israel Prize in 2005 and the SIOP Distinguished Scientific Contributions Award in 2023. She has also served as the editor of Applied Psychology: An International Review.
