Rainer Strack is a Senior Partner Emeritus at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a leading global authority on human resources and the future of work. He has authored over 100 articles, including high-impact pieces for the Harvard Business Review, and delivered a widely viewed TED talk on the global workforce crisis. Holding a PhD in physics, Strack previously co-led the World Economic Forum’s Future of Work initiative and is an honorary professor at Witten/Herdecke University.
