Thomas W. Malone is the Patrick J. McGovern Professor of Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management and an authority on organizational design and leadership. As the founding director of the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence, he explores how people and computers can be connected to act more intelligently. He is a co-author of the influential article “In Praise of the Incomplete Leader” and author of books including “Superminds” and “The Future of Work.”
