Wanda J. Orlikowski is the Alfred P. Sloan Professor of Information Technologies and Organization Studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management. A preeminent authority in organizational theory and information systems, she is renowned for her research on the sociomateriality of digital work. She co-authored the seminal Harvard Business Review article, “In Praise of the Incomplete Leader,” which redefined modern leadership by advocating for a distributed model centered on humility and collective capability.
